Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

I love them. I buy lots of things there like clothes toys, kitchen stuff.
What are some items you’ve purchased other than that? Are rugs a good purchase etc?

I went to Petsmart today to buy a cat tree. The one I choose was a great price, on sale. My brother helped me transport it. Well, he destroyed his yesterday. Because I got such a good price, I decided to buy in one also. Because all the ones left were expensive, we went to PetCo. We saw the exact one at PetCo and got the same deal. But I noticed this "identical one" was made from poorer material! The rug seemed to be more proned to falling apart. I was shocked at the quality difference.

Of course my brother didn’t care – it was free to him.

So do you see a difference between different companies and same/similar products?
Also, does cost weigh more heavily than quality on your purchases?

What I’m primarily looking for in a volunteer position is either general office work or something in the field of arts and crafts.

I earned an A.A.S. degree in accounting in May, 1990 and a B.B.A. degree in business – management in May, 1997.

I primarily make latch hook rugs during the day.

I am in my 40s collecting disability, but my disability is mental illness. I am free most days except every Wednesday and a few Thursdays per year. I own my own transportation.

It seems like I’ve applied for volunteer work everywhere including food pantries, thrift stores, the Red Cross, etc.

What should I do? Go back to school maybe?

As you can see the storage is white and the top is a woody. Is this going to look good with the rest of my room? I have a black and white theme in my room, which includes drapes, rugs, pictures, accents, etc!

Also, if you want to make suggestions, go ahead. But I live in toronto and i dont want to order anything online. I checked walmart, canandian tire and other dept stores. NO LUCK!

Hi i just arrived in Amsterdam in the Amsterdam Slotervaart district on Poeldjikstraat. I have walked a lot of the close areas around my building but as i speak no Dutch I was hoping someone might be able to answer a couple of questions.

How does the public transportation cards work?
What do I need to see?

So, my boyfriend is determined to decorate the walls facing the front door with two rugs. He loves them and reminds him of his childhood. Problem? I have no idea how to beginning shopping for rugs. I have no idea what would look good, what to look for when I’m looking to purchase, and finally, will any rug do? Any help is welcomed. My walls have been recently painted orange. My closet doors and window trims are white. What colors of furniture would look good in my room? Also, what kind of decorations would fit?( bed covers, curtains, rugs, chairs etc.) I got a birch colored desk and cabinet a year ago so i can’t throw those away but everything else has got to go.
Links would be great.
Ikea would be top priority (because its cheap)
but other stores are fine too!!!

in for a year and a half. Through out the past year and a half I’ve mostly just kept to myself because I work all day and go to school at night plus myself, my husband and our three year old are always on the run so needless to say I never got to know my neighbors. The apt. are very nice so I always wondered why there were always people moving in and out so much and how many open apt’s were in the building but I never had a real problem so I didn’t pay attention to it. Now that my sons getting older the one bedroom wasn’t working for us anymore (we new from the start it was a temp. thing after coming home from Brazil) So I left a letter giving our thirty day notice at the end of last month.From the start the owner was very pushy about us moving telling my husband we should stay or move into a 3 bdrm he had and get a roommate. My husband said no and ever since then he’s been stopping him in the halls non stop asking to advertise the apt. in the brazilian stores and if we have someone to replace us as tenants, its gotten quite annoying dealing with it on top of the stress of moving. So I was packing up over the weekend and I had the door open while my husband was bring stuff down to the uhaul and I began talking to the neighbor across the hall who was bring me coffee and telling me how many problems with the landlord she’s had (he hadnt fixed a mold issue in the dryer and had gotten in her face) After she left the landlord was walking around the building and continuosly kept walking in asking when we would be ready for a walk through and looking around. I kept saying i dont know we have till tuesday night we’ll see how things go. Then after he showed a painter into another apt he came in and said so do you think we’ll have to paint out this one too? I said I dont see why (I use mr clean magic erasers all the time). He asked again when he could walk through and I said were moving today then I need to come back and clean it. He said "well do as much as you can I’d like to give you as much of your deposit as I can" This to me sounded like he wasnt anticipating giving us our while 5 back. We are very clean people there is no damage to the rugs (which I just vacumed and washed) or the tile, walls (granted there not perfectly white but thats from normal wear and tear, not drawing on them or dirt), every time there was ever an issue with anything my husband would fix it and we’d move on I never had to give the landlord a problem except for the one time our bathroom vent was broken and was leaking through the ceiling and down the wall (this caused alot of peeling in the paint and visible water damage on the wall) I called the landlord and he came and fixed the vent but never did a thing about the water damage. Now I’m nervous when we do the walk through he’ll try to detuct painting and the bathroom and other normal wear and tear issues from my deposit. Can he do this? What rights do i have?

Good quality, good priced room accessories? Like rugs, comforters, lamps, wall decor, etc. Like im 13 and im asking for sort of a room redecoration for christmas, and i want it zebra themed (i already have zebra themed but it was pink included and i HATE pink now!) or maybe if anyone has any other suggestions for a teen room design? I am going to paint my walls a pastel purple. This is a big step for me but I want colors to contrast this and match. I am going for a indie type feel to my room. My furniture is white so i want everything else to have colors like brown, dark green, stuff like that. But I dont know what will match. I just need decor, rugs, and lighting. Any ideas would be great like specific links to places such as target, walmart, (not k mart ) and stuff like that bc I am on a budget. And no order online stuff bc I am going to the stores personally ( im 14)
