Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

i have a persian rug with camels and arabic people on it along with a building and they are underneath a starry sky. the colors are not very bright some dark blue and tan with a blue trim. it is most likely before the 1940s probably 1930s before Persia was called Iran and Iraq. How much could it be worth?? No rips except a tiny one in corner? any idea? thanks

I was thinking of buying one of those low beds and putting the sheet from the ceiling. I dont know what its called it looks like a mosquito net. Also silky sheets and silky throw pillows. A berber rug (dark and amber colors). What color wood do they use (brazilian)?

I’m moving to a new house soon and am planning out my bedroom. The room has dark faux wood (laminate) flooring, and neutral beige colored walls. Because i’m not a big fan of flooring in bedrooms i bought a stylish area rug!

What kind of bedding would go well with the colors and patterns in it? pictures of examples would be helpful!

I need some help. I love the beach and i want my room to show it. So… I have things like shells, furniture, and rugs. But, i need some ideas for colors (yellow like the sun or blue like the ocean?), and other little nic nacs. If you have ideas, please let me know if you got them from a website or where I can buy them! Thanks SO MUCH!

I think I may have ocd. I’ve thought this for awhile, and I told my mom because I wanted something to be done about it because it’s annoying, but she won’t listen.

What I do:
1. I used to wash my hands about 20 times a day but I quit after 2 years. I still have a fear or germs and getting sick, but I don’t wash my hands as much.
2. reposition tablecloths or rugs because I think they are not exactly right
3. Sometimes it’s impossible for me to stop repeating (to myself) a sentence already spoken
4. Sometimes when watching tv I randomly count colors people are wearing in shows.
5. I randomly count the colors of things in my house and in public.
6. Every time I count something it has to add up to an even number or I continue to count
7. I organize everything a certain way. My room as a whole is messy, but I organize the books on my bookshelf, things on my desk, etc. if something is out of place, I have to fix it. Once I fix it, I turn around and go back to what I was doing, but then I turn around really quickly thinking it’s still out of place a bit and then I slightly move it.
8. During the day, I remember a certain word, picture, or phrase and continue to think about it.
9. Sometimes I think about something but then I tell myself to stop thinking about it, but it makes me think about it more.
10. I rearrange objects on my desk, in the cupboard, or other places repeatedly, even though nothing’s been touched since I last arranged them.
11. I continue to look back at things repeatedly. For example: There is a ball. I tell myself not to think or look at the ball, but I continue to anyway.
12. I walk around oil on the ground everytime. Even if it’s dry. I do anything to go around it. I’m afraid if I don’t I’ll somehow catch on fire.

There are way more things I do, but those are just some.

I just recently purchased a cinnabar color sectional couch. My walls are a beige color and my carpet a beige color. I would like to purchase an ottoman and throw pillows and an area rug. What are the right colors for those items? Im sooo stupid when it comes to decorating lol thanks

Keep in mind my apartment is very bear right now. Beige carpeting and cream walls. So for now I’m working with a leather mint green sofa and chair from Create & Barrel (very streamlined in built), deep brown wood coffee table and end tables. That all I have for now, I want to get an area rug curtains. Need some direction with colors. I can send photos of what I have so far.. I’m trying to rebuild after an apartment fire so I’m a bit over whelmed…

I have an Olive green Faux Suede couch. I am trying to find a colors for the walls and for an area rug. The living room merges with the dining room which has an Ivory and Cranberrry red scheme. I need colors that will flow from the living room to the dining room thank you.

I am going to paint my walls a pastel purple. This is a big step for me but I want colors to contrast this and match. I am going for a indie type feel to my room. My furniture is white so i want everything else to have colors like brown, dark green, stuff like that. But I dont know what will match. I just need decor, rugs, and lighting. Any ideas would be great like specific links to places such as target, walmart, (not k mart ) and stuff like that bc I am on a budget. And no order online stuff bc I am going to the stores personally ( im 14)

The home I just bought has laminate wood flooring in my family room. Whoever installed it didn’t pay attention to the colors of the kitchen cabinets, counter tops and wall paint. Money is tight. I do have an area rug to hide the floor, but it looks really tacky. Suggestions?

I like the set I have now, but I’m painting it white to go with the new floors and walls — and it’s going to match the bed covering.

So like I said, I want to keep the bed set- like tables and desks.

Now I want decorations and stuff like that.

I don’t want tips, what I need is basically links to real stores.

I’m decorating my living room. My couch is baby blue and the wood on the bottom is dark brown. I’m trying to figure out what other colors will go with blue and brown. The carpet in my living room is light beige and I can’t change it since I’m renting. I need to choose curtains and an area rug.
