Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

my 1 year old dwarf rabbit chewed about 4 small holes in my carpet. They’re kinda noticable because she would go under furniture and chew them. Anyways were moving out of the brand new house in a year. I’m only 14 and I don’t know if it’s possible at all to be able to buy small price of carpet onlin I’d have to tell by parents and gave the carpet ripped up. By the way, this happened 5 months ago and they still don’t know. What should I do?

my plan is to buy black slipcovers for my sofa and love seat. but i dont know what to do about the walls and furniture and accessories. would black or white tables do? what about rugs. please help!!!

I have a very light cream/almost white sofa (8 feet) and 2 Ankara Chairs (from C&B) w/ light gray cushions as shown in the picture in the link here: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/furniture/chairs/ankara-chair-with-fennel-cushion/s176594. The floor is honey oak hardword floor.

I am wondering if this will be the right rug to go with when it comes to color aesthetics or should I go with something in light skyblue shade instead of light creamish brown base of Cyrille rug.

I have rust pillows on the chairs. I will get pillows w/ blue designs for the sofa and possibly a throw in as well.

My walls have been recently painted orange. My closet doors and window trims are white. What colors of furniture would look good in my room? Also, what kind of decorations would fit?( bed covers, curtains, rugs, chairs etc.) I got a birch colored desk and cabinet a year ago so i can’t throw those away but everything else has got to go.
Links would be great.
Ikea would be top priority (because its cheap)
but other stores are fine too!!!
If you can’t get the link, a name or company who makes it would be awesome.
I am considering the following colors: pink dark purple and white.

Help! I moved in with a friend who has a dog that only comes inside at night. He’s clean and doesn’t make messes, but the house stinks! I’ve cleaned the rug and furniture, used baking soda, bought deodorizers, and put up Wallflowers to cover the smell, not to mention using TONS of Febreeze and Oust. Anybody have ideas to get rid of the smell? Short of getting new carpeting, I don’t know what else I can do!

I am going to paint my walls a pastel purple. This is a big step for me but I want colors to contrast this and match. I am going for a indie type feel to my room. My furniture is white so i want everything else to have colors like brown, dark green, stuff like that. But I dont know what will match. I just need decor, rugs, and lighting. Any ideas would be great like specific links to places such as target, walmart, (not k mart ) and stuff like that bc I am on a budget. And no order online stuff bc I am going to the stores personally ( im 14)

Inside a narrow lane that stood between to buildings, there lived a boy called Omar and his parents. One evening, after returning from school Omar went into the supermarket and bought his mother some milk and yogurt. But as he was paying, he found that he only had five pounds and he was supposed to pay seven pounds.

“Sorry,” he said, as he placed the yogurt back on the shelf and headed out of the shop.

There was no furniture at the room where they lived, just a silk rug, standing on it a short, wooden table. In front of the table, there was a square hole in the wall, inside there was a smaller room that belonged to Omar’s parents.

“Hello Mother, breakfast is here,” Omar said, as helped his mother to sit straight in her bed.

His mother, Amina, had hazel eyes under which black circles arched upwards. Her nose was small, with a big zit at the edge. As she sat up, she adjusted her white, sweaty shirt to cover her chest.

“How much did you pay,” she asked in an airy, weak tone.

“Five pounds,” Omar said, “and I had to return the yogurt.”

His mother nodded and drank at the milk, directly from the plastic sack.

“I don’t know how we’ll make it to the end of the week; your father said he’ll find a new job.”

“What? Will we leave the building, here?”

“No, he’ll find a job besides the building.”

Omar was relieved. He could not leave the lane where he spent his years as a child. He was happy in it.

Next morning, his father returned from visiting his relatives at the farm. When it was time to lunch, he dropped many apples at the floor from his sack and Omar clutched at one and bit deep into it. He called his mother telling her that father brought apples, but she did not reply. He went into her room with an apple for her at his hand.

He found her sitting up in her bed, her head tilting over the pillow, her lips parting and her eyes closed.

Such as vases, rugs, furniture… not ones like for just one vase

It’s a new room and I am planning to keep all the walls white except for the wall behind my bed. I can’t think of any color. It’s very important cause this one wall will dictate what color of furniture and accents I should have for my room. I want the room to look sophisticated but fun.My room is very simple. the bed is a queen size which is not a tall bed. It’s really low. I am planning to have this corner where i could put an area rug and a low coffee table and have throw pillows as chairs. The floor will probably be wood lamination in very light shade. I am really frustrated on this one wall because everything has to blend well with it.

I’ve bought 3 area rugs Persian style from Ikea and put it on the top of the carpet. they were a piece and they are around55 to 70.
they are very beautiful but I keep tripping over them. they wrinkle. I put heavy furniture on them. they move a little bit now, but still wrinkle and not safe to walk on them

I have large brown furniture, blue shelves and a red area rug – everything makes it seem masculine. What feminine touches can I add?

I have a 4ish 5 year old dog. He’s been sleeping with me in my bed for years, but his shedding is getting out of hand. I have to clean my bed every day to keep it in good shape. He also takes up half the bed. (He only weighs 15 pounds, but likes to be right next to me, so I don’t have much for elbow room.) We have a very strong relationship, and I don’t want to make him feel upset or abandoned. My father won’t let him sleep with him in his bed, but on occasion lets him sleep on his floor in his room. I have dark furniture, so the hair shows up everywhere, especially the rug. Should I just make him sleep in the living room? Our couch is about 6 feet from my door, but I keep it closed. Can anyone advise me on the proper course of action, and the ramifications of the actions I take?

My friend is opening a new, small business and is going to be selling sofas, mattresses and area rugs. I am trying to help him think of an original/catchy name for his business. He sells nice looking, new pieces but at VERY reasonable prices which hopefully will do well in today’s economy. He would like to stay away from using the word "furniture" as there are too many "furniture" stores in our town already. Thanks for the help!

We have all medium tan furniture with wood coffee table, end tables and entertainment center. The walls and carpet are also beige with the wall being a little lighter and the carpet a little darker than the furniture. What color curtains/accent pillows/area rug should I go with to break the monotony? Thanks, I’m terrible at decorating!
