Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

My cat just pooped on the carpet and its scratching the carpet trying to cover it and i keep telling it no but it wont listen its rubed in the carpet if my parents find it there going to kill me for not letting the cat outside (dont ask me y they wont buy a litter box). i forgot it smells really bad in here what do i do i cant drive anywhere im 14. plz help

I stored my 22 inch rims and tires in my parents basement in Michigan. I went to get them to put them and found that my Dad moved them into a covered porch connected to the house that is unheated. Since they were in the basement I didn’t take extra precaution with them. When he moved them he stacked them in two rows with cardboard and rugs between them. They don’t appear to be cracked or pitted but there is an oxidation on them. They are much colder to the touch the the porch and the wheel on the bottom are much worse the the one on the top. It appears to just be condensation and I think I need to let them warm up a bit, but the were expensive and I am worried that the bottom two might be ruined. Like I said I think it might just be condensation but not 100% sure.

Any tips on cleaning them or what it might be?

Inside a narrow lane that stood between to buildings, there lived a boy called Omar and his parents. One evening, after returning from school Omar went into the supermarket and bought his mother some milk and yogurt. But as he was paying, he found that he only had five pounds and he was supposed to pay seven pounds.

“Sorry,” he said, as he placed the yogurt back on the shelf and headed out of the shop.

There was no furniture at the room where they lived, just a silk rug, standing on it a short, wooden table. In front of the table, there was a square hole in the wall, inside there was a smaller room that belonged to Omar’s parents.

“Hello Mother, breakfast is here,” Omar said, as helped his mother to sit straight in her bed.

His mother, Amina, had hazel eyes under which black circles arched upwards. Her nose was small, with a big zit at the edge. As she sat up, she adjusted her white, sweaty shirt to cover her chest.

“How much did you pay,” she asked in an airy, weak tone.

“Five pounds,” Omar said, “and I had to return the yogurt.”

His mother nodded and drank at the milk, directly from the plastic sack.

“I don’t know how we’ll make it to the end of the week; your father said he’ll find a new job.”

“What? Will we leave the building, here?”

“No, he’ll find a job besides the building.”

Omar was relieved. He could not leave the lane where he spent his years as a child. He was happy in it.

Next morning, his father returned from visiting his relatives at the farm. When it was time to lunch, he dropped many apples at the floor from his sack and Omar clutched at one and bit deep into it. He called his mother telling her that father brought apples, but she did not reply. He went into her room with an apple for her at his hand.

He found her sitting up in her bed, her head tilting over the pillow, her lips parting and her eyes closed.

PLEASE help me!! i spilled a stripe of blue paint on my carpet………..ive tried windex, nail polish remover, warm water & dish soap, and a steam cleaner. what can i do?? and dont tell me to go out and buy that oops stuff because i cant drive to go get it and i cant tell my parents! please help! thank you so much!

Ok, basically my parents said I can change my bedroom.

I like the set I have now, but I’m painting it white to go with the new floors and walls — and it’s going to match the bed covering.

So like I said, I want to keep the bed set- like tables and desks.

Now I want decorations and stuff like that.

I don’t want tips, what I need is basically links to real stores.

They can have anything like this, because this is what I’m looking for:

-Small Pillows
-Rugs
-Bean Bags
-Mirrors
-Wall decorations- like stickers
-Posters
-Hang up decorations, like organizers
-White boards
-Calendars

Anywhere in that category. So room accessories and decorations. I really want it to be in the colors of:
-White
-Any type of pink
-Lavender

I am 15-years old and don’t really know what to ask for, for Christmas presents….I know I want cute deocrations for my room, soo what kinds of stuff should I ask for that will make my room flashy, yet room-y…you know like those tv rooms you see that teenagers have on tv with the funky green/pink rugs, and their rooms just look cool….sooo what kinds of stuff should I ask for, and what stores are they from.

I wanna let my parents know so they know where to buy the stuff, soo what kinds of stuff, and what stores do you suggest?

P.S I live in Canada….soo they need to be stores that are in the Markham-Richmond Hill-Thornhill-Newmarket-Vaughan area.

My rabbit really in not allowed in doors unless she has her pen and a protecter underneath, but i always love to see her run around the whole house. We just got our carpets cleaned so the no rabbits in the house rule is even more strict! We can’t go out to buy thing really cuz my parents already think i don’t bring in the rabbits. i do have white vinegar but is there anything else? She is a 9 month old rabbit…=]

SO, i just moved back home recently- finishing up college- to save money. My parents got a puppy about a yr ago- obviously making him about a yr old now. He jumps on me AS SOON AS I GET OUT OF BED every single morning… WHO wants to wake up like that??? hes a border collie w/lots of energy which i get but he CAN be trained to stay down. My mom is home almost all day and her only excuse is "hes just a baby" um NO hes not, hes over a YEAR old!! HE also craps all over the house if hes not let out every 30mins, which IS NUTS! They have an older dog as well- never had potty issues- and bc she doesnt want to blame the "baby" she says "well we cant be sure which one of them it was" when its CLEARLY the "puppy". In my opinion, the dog is NO puppy and its REALLY getting out of hand. TODAY, i get home NOT even out of my car yet and i see her with this pure white bathroom rug i bought for my apartment a while ago (about ) spraying it off with the hose. I was like uh what happened. shes like what do u think? ONE of the dogs crapped on it… um ONE? NO THE PUPPY! UGH!! Then she throws the thing over our mossy green porch railing. Im like… did u use soap? shes like no. NO???? Im like i spent on that and honestly, either way, its DISGUSTING NOT to disinfect/clean it!! So I had to do it. She was all pissy acting like i was being unreasonable! Then i tell her a while ago the dog ruined a pair of my shoes- which i never said anything about. Shes like well you shouldnt have left them on the floor…. In my OWN room? I feel like its HER responsibility to watch THEIR dog. I dont have a dog yet myself… why? Because i dont want to deal with all these problems! AND everytime they go away, they leave ME with the stupid thing!!! Any advice on how to deal with this???? Im going NUTS
i know this is border collies personalities- but i didnt choose the dog, they did. And i know its not the dogs fault, PEOPLE are responsible for training it- but im starting to REALLY hate the dog because hes SO ridiculous. Jumps all over, on people, furniture, his potty issue, barking. And i feel like the only way around it is if I train him which i DONT want to be doing. Its honestly NOT fair, its not my dog and i didnt take this task on.
it was their idea for me to move back in, i wasnt planning on it AND i said before i do, i want to go over some things (so something like this doesnt happen) and they were telling me exactly what i wanted to hear and not the actual truth. NOW all my crap is here, unpacked and i went through all the trouble of moving here instead of somewhere else NOW im dealing with this? I honestly dont care how badly behaved this dog is UNTIL it effects me. NOW its effecting me and its, in my opinion, ridiculous.
Im not whining, im FED UP! I live like this daily, and i HAVE tried to talk with them about it and they are being really immature about it. They both blow me off totally, wont listen to ANYTHING i have to say… my brother just recently went off to school and before he left he ended up HATING the dog as well. We never had this problem w/any of the other dogs our parents have had but they are being plain LAZY w/this one for some reason. I tried to train it, but its impossible when im the ONLY one sticking to it. I took the dog for a walk the other day and it literally almost dragged me through a yard towards TWO pitbulls! I told my parents- they didnt care UNTIL the dog jumped out the window of my parents jeep WHILE it was moving to run into some random yard to fight a dog. now COME on!
anytime im home i end up screaming at the dog so much my voice is gone. im SO stressed. IDC if i live home or not, they way they let the dog be is so out of hand. when anyone comes over they have to lock him up in a room bc he cant be trusted. who lives like that? I told them this breed is simply not for them, and they should rehome him to someone who can handle the breed. This is a perfect case of people who get the wrong breed of dog. I do keep my door shut but after i leave "somehow" it ends up open… with my garbage everywhere for ME to clean up, or shoes destroyed, etc. When he does something wrong i yell at him and try to put him outside… what happens literally 10sec later? My mom is like awww dont yell at him and lets him BACK in AND PRAISES HIM!!
Alisha- first of all, i dont feel one bit guilty. And im no priss. You have no idea how ridiculous its been- im only on YA now about it because its beyond crazy. And i did state a question, then backed it up with all the info i could think of. To address all the things you suggested, ive already calmly suggested them to both my parents. I dont freak out about these things to them, i talk to them. My dad could care less, he works 24/7. My mom is pretty lazy. That leaves me, and i was pretty excited to hear they were getting a border collie at first. I did my part in training, and played with him outside ALL the time… his frisbee is his favorite because of all the time i spent- no one else. I have told them over and over no "free feeding" him, i never do, but almost everytime they have food they are throwing some to him. Dog doors wont work (we have indoor cats) but even w/o the cats, he cant be trusted w/neighbor dogs hence what i said about our "run" & the pitbulls.
I take him outside and play, but as soon as i come back in after a while, he drives me NUTS to keep playing which is bc no one else will do anything with him. Ive suggested training classes to my mom (im not paying money for them) and she always says she is an amazing trainer and he doesnt need classes. As for the screaming, i never used to but this is SO frustrating that ive given up on training bc no one else cares, and all i can do at the end of the day is just yell at him so he gets off me. I work & go to school the last thing i want when i come home is the dog bouncing off my body over and over. To suggest her to stay away from the dog, i cant do bc shes the only one home all day.

We are getting married at my soon to be father in-laws house on his dock the grass stays wet because of the lake and we don’t plan on putting carpet rug runner things down because they are expensive. my sister had an outdoor wedding and she ruined her dress with grass stains and i don’t want to buy a wedding dress that will get ruined so, i was thinking about a shorter dress if i do a short dress i would like it to look sort of 1920′s-1950′s looking but i cant seem to find one. i plan on spending 500 or (hopefully) less on a dress. with our wedding being july 4th i can do red white or blue for a dress. my parents think i am crazy for having a simple cheap wedding in a backyard but its what fits in our budget and our personalities. i personally just wanted to get married at a court house and skip the wedding ceremony. but family members are making us have an actual wedding.

Please help! the odors are gone, because we bought a dog odor eliminator, it was suppose to also eliminate the stain but, it didn’t! please help, i will spend any amount of money, i just want those stains gone from my carpet , my parents just bought this house , brand new and i don’t want them to see the stains or they’ll sell my dog, please help!from your experience, what products work, i’ll spend Any amout on money, thanks!!!

my parents are coming to visit me from UK..
they cant take too much cold.
so, i would like to buy some thick linens or rugs for them..
where to buy them…how much do they cost..

The kind you would find in a wealthy family’s mansion. Like chairs, tables, couches, rugs, curtains etc., and also full kitchens and bathrooms. Websites are good, but not ones like eBay! I mean like a proper company/store. And also not ones like IKEA, I mean expensive, almost exclusive ones.

P.S. The reason is I’m going to surprise my parents with a house makeover, and also I want to fully redecorate some of my own houses (they’re mansions, that’s why I like classy furniture!)
P.P.S. By "classy" I mean like, marble staircase and old wooden desk classy. And I love modern kitchens and bathrooms!

without getting too out of hand,my 95 year old father has alzheimers disease,hes in the 4th stage of it,hes getting to be a complete pain to the aide and me.he needs a nursing home,the trouble here is that my brother refuses to put h in one,dad takes off,and plays mind games with the aide,hes doing things a child would do,tuning people out when called,and hes defiant as they come.my mom is also ill shes bedbound,once my dad pulled my mother out of her bed and attempted to pick her up,hes as weak as a baby,so in his attempt he failed and dropped my mother on the floor on her knees.he did this as she slept which scared the sap out of her,then at 3:30am ( when he did this) he wakes me up and says mother fell out of bed,i looked at him and said–how could she ,she cant move! i went in their room and there was my terrified mother on her knees at the foot of her bed with her diaper off,this was last christmas,now, yesterday morning the aide came in and saidmy dad attemted to do this again,the bed railling was all the way down! thank god he didnt move her! is this refusal to have my dad hospitalised a form of elder abuse? my brother cannot keep shoving his duties as a son under the rug he seldom comes here to see his parents and see how things are with them.he doesnt call us either,alright he has a pressing job,hes a dentist,but for crying out tears,pick up the darn phone and call us.hes here id say once a month he sees my parents for 10 minutes then hes out.

Not at all. I mean, sure when it all comes down to it..it’s bad news either way. But you don’t go like this for example:

Oh hey! you know what happened yesterday, your sister died…well I better get going now!

That wouldn’t be very nice. You should go like this

You bring the person in to a separate room, you ask them to sit down if there’s any chairs or a couch, or even the floor or a rug! then you take their hand, look them in the eye and tell them about what happened.

Trust me, people have different reactions, this is a true story:
A guy had an accident (and died), and the doctors called his parents and they came as quickly as possible, the nurse wanted to talk with him, like example number 2. And he got quiet, and refused to believe it! he started yelling on top of his lungs, screaming "You’re lying, you’re lying, why are you lying?!" he even tried to punch her, luckily the nurse had been boxing, and was well trained. So she defended herself and didn’t get hurt. But the father stopped hitting her and turned around, walked forward a little bit, and passed out. I don’t know how many years of therapy that took, but I would guess an average 1 – 2 years.

Did I write anything incorrectly? I really love English, and it’s my favorite subject..and I absolutely don’t want to fail in it!
