Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

I have two himilayan/persian mixes, I have had them since they were babies. Lovely little boys =D sometime last year puffy [one of their names] went into heat and he ran outside and was missing for almost a whole week, he eventually came back home and I was afraid to let him out again but we lived in a nice complex so after a while I let him out and he would only stay out for a few hours and come home. I ended up getting him fixed and then We moved to a different country and had to stay in a small apartment untill we found something better. It didnt have a yard or anything and thats when the problems started. I would notice him bitting at himself viciously and scratching the rug like he was loosing his mind. He cried for hours at a time and used the bathroom sometimes in the little box and other times outside of it, mostly on my things. We found a new apartment that was on a ground floor and it had a yard, we thought finally all the drama was going to be over. But it wasnt,it worstened
now he refuses to use the litter box, I clean it and he goes outside of it. Next to it, anywhere but intside of it. I went online and found out that animals in general dont like to use the bathroom where their food is so it was recommended to put one of the food bowls in the spots that he likes to urinate or deficate. I did that and came home to find that he had crapped ONTOP of the food bowl and urinated around it. I tried over and over again, putting the bowl in different spots that he likes and he continues to use the bathroom where the food is and his bitting at things and himself is getting worst. He acts like he has a mental problem. I put him outside in the yard and he cried, no exaderation; for the entire night untill around 1:00 in the afternoon. No breaks, just screaming and crying trying to come in the house. What do I do? I havnt had a good nights sleep and I cant come home to a nice smelling clean home because he’s always shitting everywhere. Please help!
One more thing to add, if hes not using the bathroom around the litter box or around his food, hes urinating on my shoes, my clothes, my bed. I’ve noticed its on things that have my scent… [ just somthing to add, i dont know if it will help]
I have asked the vet but because I’m back and forth in non english speaking countries they dont really get me and they say take him out side or something that isnt really helping me solve the problem. Thats why I’m asking my fellow Yahoo!ers.

My friend is looking for a gift for her boyfriend. It is their one year anniversary. He is a young Liberal Democrat, very much into Orchestra and Politics. He’s Persian (thats a race, not a rug). He likes music, movies, etc. Pretty much a normal guy.

Any ideas?

He’s Persian, and 21 months old. He never ever ever sprayed on the wall or rugs! He meows sometimes for a long period of time for no reason at night. He’s a little aggressive. We had a female cat and she got pregnant before but neither her or the kittens r in the house anymore. Hes the only pet in the house. He’s very loving too.

Nice rich red colours, but in the end we decided this one was too busy in design.
