Looking for info on rugs safavieh, home dynamix rugs, oriental area rug, gabbeh persian rugs and more?

i have a persian rug with camels and arabic people on it along with a building and they are underneath a starry sky. the colors are not very bright some dark blue and tan with a blue trim. it is most likely before the 1940s probably 1930s before Persia was called Iran and Iraq. How much could it be worth?? No rips except a tiny one in corner? any idea? thanks

i want to sell a persian rug but i have no idea how to set up the freight shipping that works with ebay.

I was looking into selling my persian rug. It is worth around 7,000 dollars, and was hand woven from my grandmother in Iran.
I wasn’t sure if Ebay was a smart option, because many don’t look for Persian rugs on there, i assume.

Whenever my dog takes a dump in the house, she does it on the exact same spot on my mom’s Persian rug. My mom scolds her but for some weird reason she just doesnt get it. My dog isn’t stupid, so why the hell does she do it?

He’s quite ill. It’s like Wednesday night, i woke up because he was sick. Mom cleaned it up because i’ll retch when im Emetophobic. I went back to sleep and there were 7 hairballs on the floor. From him.
Last night, he woke me up at 4 this morning throwing up.
I got home about 3 hours ago to find sick over my persian rug in my room and the persian rugs downstairs and the sofas.
Mom put him off the food yesterday and fed him other things which he’s used to. He was used to that, but i he’s just poorly.
But now, we’ve been told to starve him for 12 – 24 hours. Then we’ll feed him chicken because it’s binding. (He likes his chicken)
But i’m worried he’ll run away. He keeps meowing at me. He hasn’t been fed since this morning and he keeps coming up to me with these eyes, meowing at me. It’s like, when humans are sick, we eat dry toast. I can’t feed anything to him. I’m just scared he’ll go or something. I just feel sorry for him. What do i do?

I would like to know what the best of Persian Rug Cleaners

My mother and I moved into this apartment that seemed to not have been inspected at first and we figured ok there’s a possibility this unit been unoccupied for a while. Well 2 mnths later our ceiling falls in from a leak caused by poor plumbing. Our entertainment and flat screen have all been water damaged including our Persian rug… Can I file for a financial compensation suit?

Don’t say something dumb like "money can’t buy love, happiness, health, class wisdom"

Everyone falls in love, gets sick, etc rich or poor.

Some poor people are extremely trashy & I’m sure some rich people are too, etc.

BUT

Money can take you anywhere in the world, can give you peace of mind financially, the best foods, the best service, the best healthcare, the best cars, homes, clothes, hot girls (not for love but just to play with lol), etc etc.

If I wanted a super nice Persian rug from Persia, I could fly there and buy one. How? Money.

If I woke up one morning feelin in the mood for an 18 year old hottie, how can I get it? Money

If I’m sick and need a very good doctor, money

If have I bills or debt, money will fix it

If I want to throw a big party and have all my guests kiss my derrier to get invites, money! Lol

Into the attic at grampa’s house
I would sneak, though was given away

but no matter, I was in a place with no need to hide

Once after spinnin, each wheel would stop
pictures of Clovers, Hearts and Suns
numbers and bars, such fun each mystery revealed
special times I never won, using up my allowance in dimes
Saturday’s on an old Persian rug, there is where I’d flop.

I’d beg more coins, but was told, there are weeds you can pull

Okay so I got a really good deal on this persian rug on craigslist, but the only downside is that it came with a dead ginger that the previous owner couldn’t get out of it. Does anyone know of any carpet cleaners that will remove this putrid beast from my new rug?

all my friends said they wish they lived in my house. I honestly hate my house. So would you want to live in my house? I’ll describe it below.

My house:
-I guess it’s kinda big, it’s like a little less then 6k square feet.
-it has 3 floors including the basement
-it has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
-it’s made out of brick,lime stone,and glass
-it has 3 huge fire places
-it’s on a really high mountain with a great view
-when you first come through the front door there’s small a hall way with a closet on the left and an antique table with heirlooms on it and a small collection of books
-then to the right is my dads office
-it has a pretty expensive desk with and antique table,with pictures on it,a huge wooden painting hand made from the 16th century,a big closet with DVDs and blue rays and an old stereo system, two flat screen computers but there old (like 7 years old) but we might up grade
-then there’s the living room
- it has two pretty nice couches and 1 really expensive one (like k),an antique armoir with sort of a flat screen (it looks like one from the front but the back is a little big but it has great graphics and everyone thinks it’s a flat screen) and a wii and blue ray player,then behind it is all glass and you see completely over the mountains,then too the right corner there’s a pretty big Granite bar area with two hand carved stools, theres a huge brick fire place,and a Persian rug that’s worth k. Also are living room has very high walls (like 20 feat high)
-then there’s the kitchen
-the kitchen is pretty big too with high walls,it has a huge lime stone fire place,a granet table,plastic counters,all stainless steal stuff (microwave,refrigerator,oven,dish washer ect)
-also that’s glass too and then there’s the porch
-the porch is made out of lime stone and brick,it’s got a view over the mountains,a stainless steal grill,a lime stone table,and chairs
-then there’s my parents room
-my parents have a huge king bed that was very expensive,another brick fire places that’s big but a little smaller then the rest,a regular tv, a glass wall,a walk in closet and a bathroom, also theres a lot of antiques
-there’s also a bathroom by the kitchen
-then up stairs Is my room
-it has a view of the mountains,modern furniture,two closets,an xbox 369, a flat screen,2 year old flat screen computer,and a big queen bed
-then there’s a hall way that goes too the guest room
-the guest room just has a queen bed,stereo system,tread mill,closet,and mini old tv
-the garage has a non flat screen 62 inch tv,a regular white refrigerator,and an Infiniti and Lexus parked in it. But there not brand new there a few years old but in great shape

Would you wanna live in my house? I think it sucks it’s too vintage and needs more technology too even it out. So do you or do not want to live in my house? And why?

Ok so how would you remove about a quart or two of blood from an old persian rug? Any treatments, products, homemade stuff? It needs to be out in about 3 hours. The rug is decorated with an intricate floral design and is chocolate brown, gold, and maroon. Thanks
