There is guy in my class who I like. When someone made fun of me he stood up for me. He always makes me laugh (like 24/7) in school. My friend asked him if he likes me and maybe no… maybe yes… then my friend said is that a yes or no and he said I never said yes and I never said no. About four days l8ter we bugged the crap out of him and he said no, not really. On my b-day he talked to me non stop. When my mom picks me up from school she sees him smiling behind me. On thanksgiving break we saw him at the park and he was staring at me and doing tricks on his bike. He always makes me laugh, smiles, makes faces, and talks to me. His friend said "So Meghan, huh" and then he said "Shut up, she’s right there! She’ll hear you". He sung "I Just Haven’t Met You Yet" by Michael Buble and pointed to me and my friend tried to get me to look at him but then he turned right back around. I was sitting down waiting for the teacher and he sat next to me and when you clicked a button on the laptop it made funny noises and he clept clicking it and when I started writing he was looking at me and smiling and then we started laughing. On the rug there were pillows and stuff and I just ignored them and he saw me sit down and put his head in a bookshelf and looked throgh a crack at me and started talking and making me laugh. In music he was trying to make me laugh but I didn’t see him and then he stared at me as long as be could and when I looked at him he stopped and then started staring at me again. In gym we were on teams and in my group I was dancing and he was staring at me when he was talking to his friend. One time his friend complemented me on my earrings. One day he wouldn’t stop staring at me. My friend (who is his friend too) walked up to him and asked if he liked some girl and he said "that retard" and she asked if he liked me, Meghan and he said "of course!" and one day he walked into the lunch room and was about to sit down and he said "I don’t know where I want to sit" and then he said "this table looks messy" and then he sat at my table and started talking to me. Then his friend and my friend Samantha said " are you going to sit here tomorrow and he said "Maybe, I don’t know". The next day is friend was like "sit here" and then he goes to my table, sits down, and ignores him. The day afrmter that his friend and my friend Sam said "would you rather date Lauren (the girl he called a retard) or Meghan (me)?" He took his hand and started whispering " I don’t like Lauren" and Sam says "You like Meghan" and then he said "I never said I liked Meghan" and then he started blushing and then later in the day he started staring at me.Another day he said "its so funny Meghan" and made a retarded face at me,he kept talking to me, he keeps winking and smiling at me when I’m not looking, and he said "Hi Meghan" and then "Hi Meghan" again and he said "You’re supposed to say hi back" and then he kept making me laugh. He has a "girlfriend" who makes him date her and he gets his hair pulled until he says that he wants to date her. We asked him if he likes her and he said "since she makes me date her don’t I have to like her" then he said not to tell me. My friend like him and me and her friend and his friend said "Meghan likes you bigtime" and he said "Cool" and she also said who would you rather date Meghan or the other girl and he said I don’t know.One day we had to pick parteners in class and I was sitting there and this girl looked at me and wanted to be my partner and I was looking him and he was looking at me and he picked me as his partner 3 times that week. Also that day he was rocking back in this chair and me and Sam were reading and talking to him and he went down on it and looked at me and said "Oh you did that to your hair" and then said "You sprayed it pink" and I’m like no and he goes "Purple?" and I say "No red" and he is like "Oh". In gym class I was running and he copied me in a girlish way and then I looked at him in a wierd way and then smiled at him and then started smiling at him and then he elbowed his friend and said "That’s how you do it.". Now he moved I miss him and he is 26 minutes away. :,( When he left he waved at me in a funny way and I keep crying and he looked sad after he waved and was closing the door I was trying not to cry too. ps any songs that relate to this?

My house is brown the walls are brown, the floors are brown and the trim is…well cream but still brownish. My son said he gets to pick the next wall color if I ever decide to repaint and it isn’t going to be brown. The idea was to give me a blank slate so I can change colors with accents but the effect is boring with a bunch of colors fling-ed on it to look interesting (if not haphazard).

I have this ottoman it has a royal blue, grassy kinda olive green, gold and you guessed it brown paisley print this was supposed to be the inspiration piece. From there somehow I bought these wood based black lamps with white shades which I liked the shape but black really doesn’t go. I have a gold slipcover couch which I thought I was being subtle picking up the gold in the ottoman but really it is the most minor part of the print in front of the gold couch is a black leather trunk I loved for storage and thought the black would bring in the lamps which did not match. The two couches (the other is a hand-me-down from my sister an IKEA white couch) I have are cluttered with five pairs of pillows none of which match the ottoman green but are various attempts. I have five wood pieces none of them match in style or type of wood and another sister hand-me-down a white and silver legged IKEA desk oh I know like I needed to bring silver into this. I got overly excited at finding a blue painting with green and brown in it (of the sea) so I feel silly about getting rid of it but it’s teal and doesn’t match a thing I guess it can go being a flea market find. Finally if all that isn’t enough I have a brass lamp and two area rugs that do not match one is haha dark brown the other green and yellow.

Anyhow long and short of it is I have so much going on in these two rooms that it stops looking neutral and starts looking crazy. How do I get it toned down? I do not mind removing some pieces but I really REALLY do not want to paint (it took 5 days and 4 coats not doing that again). Can you help?

Is it tacky to use wicker furniture indoors? I have a massage business and my massage room is decorated in Indian theme. I have a waiting room to decorate and I have persian rugs, many ornamental pillows, and lots of candles, etc. and it is very lush and elaborate. Would it be ok to use wicker furniture in the waiting room if I used red/gold/sequined cushions for them to dress them up? The room is pretty useless, as it is just where the clients come and get accustomed to me before they go in for the massage room. No one ever sits down or hangs out in there, as it is more of a meet/greet room in the entrance before you go into the massage room, but it is very large, maybe 250 sq. feet.
If not, what sort of loveseat or chairs would you use?

She is a boxer shepherd mix, I just adopted her. She was born in April so I imagine that she is still growing a bit. I just didn’t know if the shirts fit totally different, I imagine they would but I figured I would save money by starting out with a regular t-shirt, since I don’t know how she will handle wearing one. Daisy does love to chew things up, like all her toys, pillows, ends of rugs, etc. and I would hate to buy a cute shirt and have her destroy it.
Kay Kay and Swamp Poodles, I am not trying to dress her up for fashion, I am doing this when taking her for a walk outside, or when going for a ride in the car where she would be waiting in the cold car. She is a larger dog that accompanies me everywhere, and has fairly short hair. I’m definitely not into the fashion show pet-type thing.

I have a constant obsession with removing hair from anywhere I see. It could be on my own clothing or even someone else’s. I could be sitting on the bus or even in church and be picking hair off of the back of the person in front of me. I have stayed up many nights just sitting in bed with the lights on, picking hair off of the sheets, pillows, and mattress. I vacuum the same area of the rug a number of times before I get on my hands and knees to pick off the little hairs lying around.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m not trying to diagnose my own problems. I mean, this only happens with hair [and occasionally lint]. I personally believe that it’s just a stupid habit, but I have had people tell me to try treating my "OCD" [that's what people call it].

Could this really be a problem, or is it just a silly habit that I will eventually grow out of over the years??

I just recently purchased a cinnabar color sectional couch. My walls are a beige color and my carpet a beige color. I would like to purchase an ottoman and throw pillows and an area rug. What are the right colors for those items? Im sooo stupid when it comes to decorating lol thanks

I have a sage green couch (sectional) and I have black tables and entertainment centers. i would say the walls are a dark beige color and the carpet is tan and area rug has cream/offwhite color with some redish and green colors to it.. I am trying to find some curtains for the windows and some pillows that would go with it.. what are some of your ideas. I am going to be using a black rob for the windows so i need some ideas for the colors to use Thank you so much.

I thouht I would buy a couple of big potted ferns. I also have tons of crystal. What pictures should I buy? I already have some nice black and white prints of Prague I bought while I vacationed there. Do you think those would look nice also, I was thinking of buying a large botanical print to hang above the coach?
I wonder about this because I just bought white leather furniture, and my walls must stay white. What do you think if I bought a tan rug and bought some burnt orange and garnet throw pillows to put on the furniture-will they go well with the curtians? Thank you!!!

I am i a dilemma. I have just moved into a rental house that has wall to wall carpets in the living room. I have off white sofas and they look just ghastly with the contractor white walls and the white carpets. I don’t want to buy new furniture as I love the stuff I have and we are in the military so moving is part of the territory. I cant paint or change the carpet so I was thinking RUG! It all seemed so simple until I actually tried to find a rug to match. I have quite large dark solid wood furniture and have a theme of light blue and brown throughout the art and pillows, all of the accents have patterns and is all very traditional, all the art ETC is stuff I picked up throughout my travels of Europe and I don’t want to change any of it.

What color rug would work? I think a pattern would be too much but a plain rug might look funny. I am at a loss… please any help would be greatly appreciated.
Light blue? Ummm, interesting. Modern with the traditional…. That might work. The room is 3x smaller than the old living room so the dark brown rug would have closed it all in with the dark furniture but light blue will keep it light! I feel like a fool not thinking of it! Sometimes you get so caught in a problem you can’t see the solution! Now, to find a light blue rug!!!!!!!!!!!!
