where should i buy throw rugs?

I want a cool teen rug… but where do i get a cheap one??? i want to try to stay under .00 and i want something really cool so, please help!

I bought a big throw rug on clearance and I’m planning on cutting it into the shapes I want and then sewing bias tape on the edges to seal it. I don’t know if it will work, but we’ll see.

Target has great teen stuff for bedrooms and are reasonably priced.
